Abstract:
Crude oil contamination of the environment associated with exploration and production operations, is a common feature in oil producing nations around the world, especially in a developing country including South Sudan. Apart from this, the country has been suffered from civil war for long period of time which severely affected the oil production areas and oil facilities such as pipelines ware out hence causing oil linkages and spill, therefore it has resulted to significant contamination of the total environment (air, soil, water, biota) and negatively impacted human health.
