Abstract:
Successional planning is an essential issue within organizations, particularly within non-governmental organizations. The empirical literature depicts that albeit numerous of the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are run and managed by their initiators or by a small management team, very little is observed as pertains adequate and tactical succession planning as a strategy for long-run survivability.
