Abstract:
Motivation plays a key role in employee job performance. Principals most often fulfill their organizational goals through the work of employees. Thus Principals need to have highly efficient and productive staff members. Although many factors contribute to productivity, job performance is viewed to be the most influential one. This paper therefore established factors that motivate lecturers at Bulawayo Polytechnic to perform efficiently and effectively at the institution.
