Abstract:
Elephant corridors are paths of wild elephants that are used to move or migrate within or between habitats. The objective of the study is to identify the status of elephant corridors and the causes behind it and to explain the potentiality of ecotourism in enhancing the ethno-zoological values of elephant corridors. To achieve the objectives, a case study was conducted in the Manage Elephant Range, Hambantota based on key informants’ interviews.
