Abstract:
This study sought to establish the role and impact of online repositories in peer-based learning and conducted a case study of the competency-based curriculum teacher training workshops. The specific objectives of the study were: to determine the challenges of traditional repositories in peer-based learning, determine the benefits of online repositories, establish factors affecting the adoption of online repositories, develop and validate an adoption framework for online management system in peer-based learning.
