Background : Glaucoma is the second leading caused of blindness in the world. Diabetes Mellitus is an independent risk factor in open angle glaucoma.. Among those who have suffered DM will have impact on vascular autoregulation disturbance that small vessel involvement may cause the retina and optic nerve become more susceptible to pressure related damage
