Abstract: This research work assesses Computer Based Instructional (CBI) techniques in the teaching of Computer Studies in Rivers State Senior Secondary Schools. The research focuses on adequacy, usability and utilization, effectiveness of CBI techniques, CBI facilities, factors affecting effective use of CBI techniques. The research was carried out in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
