Abstract: Background: Tuberous sclerosis is an autosomal dominant neuro-cutaneous syndrome characterized by variable phenotype due to development of hamartomas in eyes/skin/kidneys /heart. Epilepsy, mental retardation and dermatological manifestations are seen in majority of patients.
