In this paper, an electronic (Transistor MOSFET) genetic toggle switch is discretized by the Euler method. The proposed model is discussed by using ordinary differential equations that describe the system behaviour. The stability has been analysed using Jacobian matrix, theorems, and lemmas that illustrate its stability. Two units of MOSFET transistors compose the proposed circuit model, which acts as two genes repressing each other. Different behavior has been analysed such as bifurcation and chaos, based on the numerical simulations that illustrate the theoretical results.
