Gratitude and equity in the workplace can be a defining factor in how employees perform, as well as how they perceive their job in general. In addition, an individual’s locus of control may also influence these variables and as a result, impact the well-being of the organization as a whole. However, the question remains as to how locus of control is related to equity and gratitude.
