Abstract:
The international technology roadmap of semiconductors suggests that quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) technology might be possible CMOS substitute [4]. MQCA are attractive due to their compactness and extremely small power dissipation. This led to focus on nanomagnetic logic (NML). The nature of these circuits is much different from that of CMOS circuits [1].
