Talent Management Practices and Employee Performance in Selected Nigerian Public Enterprises: An Empirical Study

Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of talent management practices (recruitment, succession planning, and performance management) on employee performance in selected Nigerian public enterprises. The theoretical underpinnings were drawn from the Human Capital Theory, Resource-Based View, and Social Exchange Theory.
