Abstract:
The primary goal of the study is to determine the professional growth and advancement of public elementary school teachers and their research-based teaching innovations, and the extent of their educational preparation, in-service education, and individual performance commitment review. The results revealed that most elementary school teachers are continuing their graduate studies in masters and even in a doctorate degree.
