This paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the labour sector in India from a microeconomic perspective as well as from the eyes of migrant grass-rooted work-force. This pandemic will also cause a tremendous upheaval amongst the different factors of production from labour to capital. This will necessitate policy changes by the government in order to aid the labour sector in its recovery amidst this growing distress. This paper also seeks to suggest labour reforms that must take place in order to revive the economy post-coronavirus.
