Abstract: Background: The global health crisis from the corona virus disease pandemic is not precedent. Globally, it has been shown that the control of the spread of this disease and other diseases is closely related to the situation of Human Resource for Health in a country. (Figueroa-Munoz et al., 2005).Health personnel include front line workers (clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, public health practitioners, medical laboratory personnel) among others as well as auxiliary personnel to the health care system. Auxiliary health personnel play a pivotal role in prevention of spread of the diseases as well as supporting the functioning of a health care system.
