Abstract:
Background: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) account to one of the major reasons for hospital visits by patients, it remains to be one of the commonest infectious diseases diagnosed in developing countries, emergence of antibiotic resistance in uropathogens due to misuse or overuse of antibiotics and has led to limited therapeutic options for treatment which is serious concern for clinicians
