Under the Patent Act, 1970 a patent is granted for any invention for a period of 20 years from the date of grant of patent – Whether all invention are patentable? Or is there any restriction on granting patent to an invention – In this article, the authors are going to analysis the invention that are not patentable under the Patent Act, 1970.
