Abstract:
The impact of diagnostic methods of PSA on the prevalence of prostatitis using qualitative and quantitative in two cities of South Eastern Nigeria was carried out in Okigwe L.G.A of Imo State and Umuahia North L.G.A in Abia State, Nigeria. A total of 1000 patients were examined in the two locations, 800 for Umuahia and 200 for Okigwe. Blood specimen was collected aseptically using standards microbiological laboratory techniques.
