INTRODUCTION: DRPs was defined as events or circumstances that involves a patients drug treatment that actually or potentially interferes with the achievement of an optimal outcome. With respect to older patients with comorbidities and using multiple drugs, DRPs are associated with an increased risk of hospital readmissions, morbidity, and mortality.
