Abstract: Corporate governance been a process and structure used to steer and control a company’s business affairs targeted at enhancing business prosperity and corporate accountability with the sole aim of realizing long-term shareholder value not forgetting the interest of other stakeholders, is perceived to have an effect on environmental reporting of firms.
