Abstract:
Regionalization policies and tiered referral systems are issued to meet the availability of health facilities and satisfaction of National Health Care Insurance (JKN) participants. This study was conducted to determine the difference in the number of visits and the level of satisfaction before and after the referral regionalization policy enacted. This research type is quantitative research with Cross Sectional Study approach. This study used secondary data of JKN participants who came both in outpatient and inpatient at Bantul Regency Hospital. Data analysis using paired t-test paired test and Analysis of variance (Anova). Based on the Test of Normality's output that visit data and satisfaction are normally distributed.
