Abstract: This study explored the struggles of Grade 2 learners in learning the Filipino Language under the Special Science Elementary School (SSES) curriculum at Butuan City Special Education Center. A case study approach explored their struggles in listening, reading, speaking, writing, and understanding in Filipino.
