Abstract: Smart architectural systems are transforming modern building design by incorporating automation, adaptive controls, and artificial intelligence to create more efficient and responsive structures. This article reviews recent innovations in intelligent building technologies, focusing on the contributions of Artem Volkov – a Ukrainian innovator whose work spans automated window and door systems, smart water management, energy-efficient glazing, and AI-driven climate control.
