Abstract: In the post-reform periods, i.e. globalization, liberalization and privatization. The role of trade as an Engine of Growth is an undeniable truth. The trade would bring about peace, prosperity and unity in the country full of diversities in traditions, language variations, customs and many small ethnic groups etc. With so many language variations; we must try to remain intact but much effort are to be done not to split the country. The poorest of the poor life in rural based villages comprises, that remain in far- flung areas.
