Abstract: This paper investigates the integration of wearable technology and Internet of Things (IoT) sensors in logistics operations to optimize labor performance, improve worker safety, and monitor health outcomes. The use of wearables and IoT sensors in high-risk environments such as warehouses and distribution centers is discussed, focusing on their potential to enhance productivity, reduce workplace injuries, and provide real-time insights into worker behavior.
