Abstract:
The attractive image given to alcohol is a key attraction which drives adolescents to experiment alcohol consumption in their early ages. Thus this study was aimed to identify social norms on attractive image given to alcohol among adolescents and to assess their ability to identify the factors which contribute in building an attractive image around alcohol. A cross sectional study was conducted in two state schools in North Central province in Sri Lanka. Sample size of the study was sixty seven adolescents from 14 to 16 age groups.
