Abstract:
To determine the influence of Platelets Derived growth factors (PDGFs.) on the growth and proliferation of cell lines (African green monkey kidney "Vero"; Baby hamster kidney "BHK" and Madin darby bovine kidney "MDBK"); (PDGFs) were used in different concentrations including 2.5 %, 5% and 10% as a supplement for cell culture media in comparison with the used new born calf serum (NBCS), either alone or in a mixture with (PDGFs).
