Abstract:
Introduction: Two-Wheelers have become one of the commonest modes of transport all over the world. Increased number of two-wheelers especially in urban areas is due to their low purchase cost, fuel efficiency, routine traffic jams and deficient parking places etc. There is one death every 4 minutes due to road traffic accidents in India that is why transport minister Nitin Gadkari has termed road traffic accidents as an EMERGENCY.
