Abstract: Maintaining a healthy relationship for a long period is the biggest challenge that people face in their life. There are so many factors that affect the status of the relationship of married couples. A good job affords the income which helps to survive and also offers some level of personal fulfillment among the married working couples. But unfortunately work can also negatively influence theirmarital lives.
