Abstract: The influence of globalization in many fields (social, political, cultural, legal, economic and others) needs to be understood that the national economic development should be oriented on the constitutional commitment as defined in the Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia embracing the principles of economic democracy- Pancasila.
