Abstract:
Research has demonstrated that there are a variety of factors that influence performance at the work place, such as team coaching, Business Coaching, Executive Coaching and self/personal coaching. This study aimed at determining the effects of coaching Programs on employee performance and the reduction of staff attrition in the BPO industry in Nairobi, Kenya. Both Primary and Secondary data sources were adopted. Quantitative research methodology was employed to inference an effect of the four coaching techniques on employee performance by use of 2 ways ANOVA and Multiple regression analysis.
