Abstract:
This study aimed to describe and analyze the factors that affect the implementation of affirmative action programs within the framework of the advocacy process protection, empowerment and bias against women in the political sphere by the Women's Working Group MRP. Related to the findings of a number of influential factors in the process of implementation of affirmative action policies to empower women of Papua, there are three factors that affect the implementation of this policy, namely Content Policy, Capacity Implementor, Stakeholder Support.
