This is part of a broad study that investigated bullying behaviours in boarding schools in Zimbabwe. This particular paper focuses on some of the possible causes of bullying behaviours in boarding schools in Zimbabwe. The study used descriptive survey design. The research participants were pupils in boarding schools in Zimbabwe and members of schools disciplinary committees. The sample of research participants consisted of twelve members of school disciplinary committee and forty children in boarding schools.
