Abstract:
The processing of fresh mangoes into processed mango products is very important to bring added value so that it has the potential to increase family income. This study aims to identify, compare and analyze the differences of willingness to process fresh mangoes into processed mango products between mango farmers in Majalengka Regency and Kuningan Regency.
