The study investigated management of 21st century digital classroom as predictor of lecturers job performance in the tertiary institutions in Rivers State, Nigeria. Six research questions were answered while corresponding null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 alpha level. The study adopted a correlation research design. The population of the study was 2330 lecturers from Uniport, RSU and IAUE. A sample size of 466 lecturers was used.
