This research focus on the dynamic analysis for inclined belt conveyor system. The aim of research is to improve the reliability and design level. This analysis is done by using Belt Analyst V184.108.40.206 software. This research presents an approach to estimate the velocity time of inclined belt conveyor. The simulations with finite element model are carried out to analyze the belt dynamic behaviors such as pulley resultant force, belt power, tension in transient operation. Further simulations are carried out to get the optimum velocity time for starting and stopping process.
