The Human Comfort Index (HCI) is known as the apparent temperature of the human body which is used to calculate Human Heat Stress (HHS). This is how the human body feels effects of the combination of Relative Humidity (RH) and Air Temperature (AT). This index is very important for human health, recreation activities, human productivity, tourism, urban planning and etc.
