High employee turnover intentions has always been a major issue for Telecommunication Sector. In particular, turnover intentions of employees in developing countries is very high. The aim of this paper was to examine the relationship between job demands and employees turnover intentions. Data were collected in four Telecommunication companies. A sample of 210 respondents (return rate: 87%) was available for statistical analyses. The findings generally supported past findings, which suggested that the turnover intentions of employees are high if the employees have high job demands.
