Abstract: Objectives: It is known that the prevalence of depression is quite high in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, associated with poor adherence leading to irregular treatment and low treatment success rates. Method: This study is a multivariate predictive conceptual framework study with a cross-sectional approach to 111 subjects at the Dr. Pirngadi General Hospital, Medan in June 2020 to August 2020. This study aims to determine what factors are associated with depression scores. The measuring instrument used is the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Depression (HADS-D).
