Abstract: Cognizant of the crucial reality on employee turnover, this research paper delved into the trends and perspectives of the 31 participants who underwent the exit interview. Primarily, it looked into the proportion of the participants in terms of personal profile and information about resignation; the things they considered as “greatest satisfaction” and “greatest problem” they encountered in the organization, and their recommendations on how to lessen employee turnover and how to improve university best practices.
