Abstract: Introduction: Nurses burnout is considered to be one of the most critical problems in the 21st century health care. There has been much research on burnout in nurses, presumably because of the intense nature of their contact with patients Methodology: Quantitative design (comparative study) has been carried out to A comparative of burnout among nurses in public and private hospitals at Karbala city. To compare Nurses Burnout between public and private hospitals . The study has been carried out in Private and public Karbala city hospitals Accidental sampling (200 ) of nurses who work in private and public hospitals in which Distribution of the study sample in which (100) nurses in private and ( 100) nurses in public hospitals .
