Abstract:
There are a weak proportion of private and public institutions that use quantitative techniques in decision making and problem solving, so the objective of this literature review is to clarify the impact of using quantitative techniques for decision making and problem solving in public and private sector institutions. The paper analyzed previous related research papers related to using quantitative techniques in decision making and problem solving in different organizations. The results show that the use of quantitative techniques is important in making administrative decisions and solving problems resulting in the development of the institution and making appropriate decisions.
