Abstract:
The main purpose of the study was to assess the achievement of ICT policy in technical colleges in Adamawa State. Two research questions were used to guide the study. The study adopted descriptive survey design. The population of the study comprised 2465 teachers and students. The sample of the study comprised 32 teachers and 113 students. The instrument used for data collection was a structured questionnaire of Likert-type scale.
