Abstract: Introduction: The study “to assess socio-cultural determinants influencing menstrual hygiene practices among the school going adolescent girls in primary schools in Namanyoyi Sub County, Mbale District.” Study objectives: The broad objective of the study was to assess socio-cultural determinants influencing menstrual hygiene practices among the school going adolescent girls in primary schools in Namanyoyi Sub County, Mbale District so as to improve on menstrual hygiene in primary schools and Uganda amongst the adolescent girls.
