This article is about the reading culture which helps learners to enhance writing skills in English at secondary level. Reading is a lifelong process that plays an integral role of beginner learners. This is a narrative inquiry research design in which I have selected 5 English teachers from five community schools from Kathmandu district through purposive non-random sampling procedure as sample for this study. Narrative inquiry has been used as a tool to collect the data from the respondents. Qualitative research approach has been adopted to analyze and interpret the data in this study.
