Nithesh Gudipuri
Nithesh Gudipuri is an enterprise technology, financial-services architecture, and Artificial Intelligence leader with extensive experience designing and modernizing large-scale, resilient, and secure technology platforms. His work spans enterprise architecture, capital-markets infrastructure, distributed systems, enterprise integration, modernization, intelligent automation, semantic interoperability, and the application of agentic AI within complex and highly regulated enterprise environments.
He currently serves as Associate Director, Technology at Raymond James, where he provides technology leadership across mission-critical financial-services platforms and leads modernization initiatives within Securities Back Office Technology. His work focuses on enterprise architecture, distributed systems, securities and capital-markets technology, resilient transaction platforms, integration, and the modernization of longstanding financial systems while preserving the reliability, transactional integrity, security, and operational continuity required of critical financial infrastructure.
He has also been recognized as an Innovation Champion within Raymond James' top tier of innovation contributors, supporting the evaluation, mentoring, and advancement of emerging technology and innovation initiatives. His professional interests increasingly focus on introducing Artificial Intelligence into enterprise environments while maintaining appropriate governance, security, traceability, resilience, and architectural discipline.
Beyond his enterprise responsibilities, he serves as the Founding Chair of the ACM Tampa Bay Professional Chapter, where he contributes to technical programming, professional development, mentorship, and collaboration among industry professionals, researchers, students, and emerging technology practitioners. He also contributes to the broader computing community through his involvement with the IEEE Computer Society. He is an IEEE Senior Member and an SCRS Distinguished Fellow.
He is an active mentor to technology professionals and emerging practitioners in enterprise architecture, software modernization, Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and engineering leadership. He is also a Co-Founder of Agentic Ed, an AI education platform designed to help professionals learn, apply, and thrive with Artificial Intelligence through a structured six-week learning journey focused on practical AI skills, agentic systems, workflows, responsible AI, and enterprise applications.
He is additionally a Co-Founder of Deep Agent Labs, an applied AI research and engineering initiative focused on advancing the reliability and practical adoption of agentic systems. Its work explores agent observability, behavioral evaluation, intelligent orchestration, AI-assisted modernization, semantic continuity, operational resilience, and governed enterprise AI, with technologies and frameworks from the initiative being explored and adapted by external organizations and foundations.
His research interests include Agentic AI, Enterprise AI Architecture, Enterprise Semantic Continuity, trustworthy and responsible AI, AI-assisted software modernization, intelligent software engineering, distributed systems, financial-market infrastructure, semantic interoperability, AI observability, and resilient autonomous systems.
He is also involved in the development of original intellectual property across Artificial Intelligence, agentic systems, enterprise modernization, and intelligent software platforms, with multiple patent applications pending.
Across his professional, research, entrepreneurial, mentoring, and community activities, Nithesh focuses on bridging emerging Artificial Intelligence research with production-scale enterprise adoption, with particular emphasis on building intelligent systems that are governed, resilient, secure, explainable, measurable, and trustworthy enough to operate within the critical digital infrastructure of modern enterprises.
