Proper people management drives to the success of an organization. In order to having Optimum employee performance within the organization Job design is crucial. In Sri Lankan context apparel industry plays significant role in relate to enhancing the GDP, employment rate and foreign exchange. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of job design on managerial employees’ performance in apparel sector in Matale district.
