Abstract: BOX-PCR is a satisfactory apparatus for clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from burn wounds. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an infectious organism can be found in hospital atmosphere and home tanks such as, baths, dish cloths, sinks, and floors as well. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a typical Gram-negative, pole molded bacterium that can cause ailment in plants and creatures, including people.
