Gelatin is a water-soluble protein obtained from animal collagen through a controlled hydrolysis process. Groupers are one of the large pelagic fish that are used as fillet products, while for waste that can be used to make gelatin. Gelatin is then used as a raw material for Marshmallows. Marshmallow is a kind of candy which has a texture like soft foam.
