The Role of Ethical Practice in Recruitment in Improving Performance of an Institution

Abstract: The concept ethical practice is defined as the adherence and honour of morals, beliefs and values of a profession one is subscribed to. It also encompasses helping others who have been subjected to biased making of decisions. In the world, there is an overriding worry when it comes to the management of human resource in organizations. The International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) has linked poor performance of organizations in the world to unethical management of human resources, and more so during the recruitment processes.
